Recently on SLN our very own Preche, AKA Rob Manger has spotted that the Leicester Mercury has just published a special edition aerial photos of Leicestershire newspaper for 50p.The photos should be useful for settlement patterns, and urban regeneration at least.

No, I dont think they are the same, I’ve left my copies at school so cant be sure, but they are just as good if not better.
One of the good things about the pictures the Mercury has published is that there are a few pictures from 20 – 30 years ago.
